What is Yoga?

Yoga is a practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, positive thinking, meditation, and mindfulness which aim to develop harmony in the body, mind, and environment. Yoga helps clients to be healthy and in good shape, but also, helps clients gain clarity, allowing them to take the next steps towards a better life.

It requires continued practice to see and feel the benefits of yoga.
